Important Notes
  1. As per Government rules, all passengers must carry original photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card / Driving License).
  2. Advance booking will be done 4–6 months prior to the journey date.
  3. Entry fees at all sightseeing places (where applicable) are to be borne by the guests.
  4. There is no guarantee of allotment of ground-floor rooms during hotel check-in. No requests will be entertained. Tour Manager’s decision will be final.
  5. Hotel accommodation will be provided on 2 / 3 / 4 persons sharing basis (family-wise) or 2 / 3 persons in case of solo travellers.
  6. Guests must carry their own luggage. The tour team will not be responsible for handling passengers’ luggage.
  7. Seating arrangement in bus / car will be as per the Tour Manager’s seating chart, based on first-come-first-booking basis. No arguments will be entertained.
  8. No packed drinking water / mineral water will be provided during the tour. Guests are requested to carry their own water bottles.
  9. The Tour Manager’s decision will be final in all tour-related matters.
  10. The travel agency reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any rules or itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as weather conditions, landslides, traffic issues, political disturbances, rail blockades, medical emergencies (including COVID-19), or any force majeure situation.
  11. Train Reservation Dates:
    Outward Journey: 05 March, 2025 (Wednesday)
    Return Journey: 14 March, 2025 (Friday)

Tour Plan

Travel from Kharagpur (KGP) to Tatanagar (TATA) by local train.
Reporting time: Before 15:00 hrs at TATA.
Departure at 16:55 hrs by Train No. 18101 (TATA–JAT, Jammu Tawi Express). Overnight journey by train.

Full day journey by train towards Chandigarh.

Arrival at Chandigarh at 02:53 hrs. Pick-up from railway station and proceed to Shimla. Hotel check-in followed by local sightseeing: Shimla Mall Road, Kali Bari Temple, Christ Church, Suicide Point, Ridge. Overnight stay at Shimla.

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Sarahan. En-route visit Kufri and Fagu. Visit Bhima Kali Temple (Shakti Peeth). Overnight stay at Sarahan.

Check out after breakfast and proceed to Sangla. En-route visit Karcham (confluence of Satluj & Baspa rivers). Visit Kamru Fort. Overnight stay at Sangla.

After breakfast, excursion to Rakcham and Chitkul (India’s last village). Return to Sangla for overnight stay.

Check out and proceed to Kalpa. En-route visit Reckong Peo (HQ of Kinnaur District). Visit Koti Mata Temple. Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Local sightseeing of Kalpa. Visit Roghi Village, Chini Village, and view Kinnaur Kailash mountain. Overnight stay at Kalpa.

Check out and proceed towards Narkanda. En-route visit Padam Palace, Rampur. Visit Hatu Peak.

After breakfast, proceed to Kalka / Chandigarh / Ambala. Drop at respective railway stations.
23:00 hrs: Ambala Cantt → Howrah by Train No. 13006 (ASR–HWH Mail).

Full day return journey by train.

Arrival at Asansol at 03:48 hrs. Arrival at Howrah at 07:25 hrs. Continue journey from Howrah to Kharagpur.
